Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Refund Portal. You can apply for a return or exchange through the portal, and we will guide you through the next steps. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Final Sale items: These products will be clearly marked in the product description as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item through our Refund Portal, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
